These easy to make sushi rolls are the perfect meal for you and your mini. They only take a few minutes to prepare and are the perfect balanced meal, including healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates.

They are high in many essential nutrients that mums and baby’s need including brain boosting DHA, iodine, calcium and iron.

Serves: This nourishing recipe makes the perfect amount for mama and mini (one adult and one baby).

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs brown rice

  • ½ avocado

  • ½ grated carrot

  • 1 tbs mayonnaise

  • 1 can mackerel (or other canned fish)

  • 1 tbs sesame seeds

  • ½ tsp tamari or coconut aminos

  • ¼ cucumber sliced

  • 3 nori sheets

Method:

Mash all of the ingredients besides the nori sheets together. Spread over the nori, roll up, cut up and enjoy.
