How you eat during pregnancy has a big impact on the health of you and your mini. As your baby will get all of their essential nutrients from what you eat, it is important that you consume enough nutrient-dense foods so that you don’t leave yourself depleted. How you eat can also play a big role in how you feel and reduce the chances of common pregnancy conditions.

Nourishing your pregnancy can help reduce the risk of allergies, eczema, asthma, birth defects, preterm birth and other health problems later in life for your baby. It will also support a strong immune system, solid bones as well as healthy tissues and organs for your mini.

I offer evidence based holistic support to empower you with the confidence to nourish your pregnancy and give your baby the best start possible. I can offer support with:
