How I can support you mama.

In the early days of motherhood, so much attention is often on the baby, but it is so essential that mama is taken care of as well. Nutrient needs are even higher than during pregnancy, and pregnancy and birth often deplete stores even further, leaving mama more susceptible to anaemia, fatigue, depression and more. Nourishing and supporting a new mama must be a priority so that she can recover and have the clarity and energy to look after her mini.

I offer evidence based holistic nutrition support to help you replenish your stores, nourish your breastmilk and have you feeling your best.
