How I can support your mini.

Nourishing the first 1000 days (from conception to two) has a huge impact on your mini’s health and eating habits in the future. Understanding which nutrients they require and how to get these through food is essential for their optimal growth, wellbeing and development. I can support you with how to find the best approach to starting solids for your family, so you feel empowered and confident in how to best nourish your mini and give them the best start in life.

I can offer holistic support with:

  • How to introduce age-appropriate foods that will best support the growth and development of your mini (puree’s, BLW, combination).
